How quickly can you deliver a hire machine?
We hold stock locally and offer next-day delivery across the North West on most machines. When you hire, free operator training is included on delivery so your team can use the equipment safely straight away. For UK-wide hire, call 01942 466 258 and we’ll confirm timing.
What's the difference between Short-Term, Flexi and Long-Term hire?
Short-Term is simple weekly hire for one-off jobs, cover periods or seasonal peaks. Flexi Hire™ is a 12-month rolling agreement for contracts that may change – you can adjust or return equipment as needs evolve. Long-Term hire suits stable operations that want fixed, predictable costs and managed kit without ownership responsibility. All three carry the same guarantees.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
On supported hire agreements we guarantee a 24-hour engineer response. If a machine can’t be fixed quickly, we provide a replacement within 48 hours so your site keeps running. Every machine in our fleet is maintained, tested and backed by our in-house engineering team.
What if the machine isn't right for the job?
Our 60-day money-back performance guarantee means if a hire machine isn’t right for the job, we’ll take it back within 60 days and put it right. We’d rather match you to the correct machine through our Right Fit™ process up front – but the guarantee removes the risk either way.
Do I need to know which machine to ask for?
No. Most customers don’t choose a model – our Right Fit™ Survey recommends the right machine from our hire fleet based on your site, frequency and risk profile. Tell us the job and we’ll match the equipment.
Can I buy or lease instead of hiring?
Yes. We offer purchase, lease and finance alongside hire. Buying or leasing often makes sense once sites and workloads are stable and equipment needs are clearly defined. We’ll always help you choose the option that fits best rather than push a sale.
