Do you repair all makes of cleaning machine?
Yes. NWCE services and repairs all leading brands of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment – scrubber dryers, sweepers, vacuums, steam cleaners and pressure washers – including older machines and mixed-brand fleets. As a Fimap Premium Authorised Dealer we have specialist depth on Fimap, but you don’t need a different provider for each make.
How fast can you respond to a breakdown
We aim for same or next-day on-site response for emergency call-outs. On a Service+ plan (Perform or above) we guarantee a 24-hour response. With a 93% first-fix rate, most issues are resolved on the first visit – and if we can’t fix it quickly, a loan machine keeps your site running.
What's included in a service plan?
Service+ plans start at £15 per machine per month and scale by cover level. Protect covers an annual service and priority breakdown booking; Perform adds a guaranteed 24/48-hour response based on your needs, loan machine cover and wear parts; Pinnacle is a fully managed, all-in plan with unlimited servicing, parts and labour and a dedicated account manager. Pricing scales with fleet size.
Do you cover my area?
