Put that next to one cleaner: a single cleaning hour costs you somewhere around £14 once NI, holiday and cover are counted. Do I have to buy?
No. All three machines are available to purchase, hire or lease. Short-term hire is useful if you want to run one for a month before committing, or if you need cover during a busy period. Lease and contract hire spread the cost across the budget year - ask us for current rates when we assess the site.
What happens when it breaks down?
NWCE operate 24-hour fix-or-replace service cover with a hire fleet behind it, and a named engineering contact for your region. The machine is only useful if it runs, and a compact machine that sits broken in a cupboard costs more than the mop it replaced.
Will my cleaners actually use it?
This is the real risk we deal with on day one, and it is worth being blunt about. Machines get abandoned when they are awkward to fill, awkward to empty, harder to use, or slower than the mop for that specific area. That is precisely why the demonstration is run by your team on your floor rather than you watching a video online. Operator training is included with every machine and available for the life of the machine.
Can one machine cover the whole site?
Often not, and we would rather say so. A common outcome is a 440NX or V1 for the open areas plus a DRYFT for washrooms, kitchens and congested spaces. We will tell you if one machine genuinely does the job.
Are those prices the real prices?
Yes - £1,995, £2,450 and £3,595, all plus VAT, for the machine as specified. The weekly figures (£19.95, £25.49 and £32.95) are a 3-year lease with Hire & Protect cover included for the full term, subject to status. Be clear on what that means: across three years you pay more in total than the cash price. What you get for the difference is no capital outlay, a fixed weekly cost, and a repair-or-replace guarantee with a hire machine behind it for three years. If you would rather pay cash and self-insure, buy outright - we will quote it either way. Batteries, chargers, brush and pad options and delivery vary by configuration and are confirmed in writing on the quotation. No moving target.
