The FS100-120 sweeping machines have been designed to facilitate the collection of solid debris and light dust. They are available with central brushes of two different widths: 100 and 120 cm, and battery- or diesel-powered. The FS120 model is also available with a Bifuel endothermic engine, which allows the machine to be used with a more ecological fuel (LPG).
They are the best in the range in terms of performance, power, strength and adaptability to heavy duty tasks. A second side brush is available upon request.
They are suitable for cleaning large areas, up to 40,000 sq.m., with large amounts of dust and coarse residues from milling industries, mining, port areas, car parks and airports.
Product Features
DRIVING COMFORT: The driver’s seat on the FS100-120 sweeping machines has been tailored to the operator, and is designed to render his/her work as comfortable as possible: the steering wheel can be tilted, along with the seat back and armrests
AUTOMATIC EMPTYING: The frontal dirt collection container is lifted by a 2-piston hydraulic system, operated by a handy control on the driver’s seat. The vacuum is activated by a hydraulic motor
POWER ASSISTED FORWARD MOVEMENT: The pedal that controls forward movement is power assisted to ensure an extremely smooth and precise operation.
OPTIMIZES ENERGY CONSUMPTION: The optimized hydraulic system fully exploits the sweeping machine’s performance while using the least possible amount of oil. The system for maintaining the correct oil temperature (within the optimal values) increases performance yet minimizes energy consumption.The combination of these two factors reduces energy consumption by 40%. This means improved machine autonomy – up to 5 hours – for battery versions.
ADAPTS TO UNEVEN SURFACES: The pressure adjustment and height adjustment of the central brush are independent. A special hydraulic device maintains a constant weight on the brush. The height can be quickly adjusted on the basis of its degree of wear. This ensures a longer brush service life.
BI-FUEL VERSION: The dual gasoline/LPG fuel system allows the machine to be used with a more ecological fuel (LPG). The installed motor, purposely designed for bi-fuel use, ensures reduced consumption and low emissions.
