What does "refurbished" mean at NWCE?
Every machine goes through our 50-point ReClean™ process: full electrical and safety checks, battery health testing, renewal of wear parts (squeegees, seals, skirts, hoses, filters), a scrub-deck and drive inspection, and a test run under load before sign-off. You receive the inspection checklist with the machine.
Do used machines come with a warranty?
Yes. Our refurbished machines come with a 1-year warranty as standard, plus optional Service+ plans for priority response and routine maintenance. Ex-demo units carry warranty too; any “sold as seen” item is always stated clearly.
Which brands do you stock?
We regularly stock refurbished and ex-demo Fimap, Lavor and Numatic scrubber dryers and sweepers. Stock changes weekly – if you’re after a particular make or model, call us and we’ll let you know what’s coming through.
Can I trade in my old machine?
Yes. We offer fair trade-in values against your next purchase to help keep budgets under control. Tell us the make, model and condition and we’ll quote you.
Can I hire instead of buying?
Yes — alongside outright purchase we offer lease and Flexi-Hire, so you can match the cost to how often you’ll use the machine.
