Is there a minimum hire period?Â
Carpet cleaner hire and industrial vacuum cleaner hire is from 1 day hire. Sweepers, Scrubber Dryers, steam cleaners & Space-vacs are available from 3 days minimum hire.
Are there any insurance & liability terms?
The hirer should be covered under their company insurance cover. Always check to see if hire of cleaning equipment is covered for damage cover or theft.
How quickly can I get my hire machine delivered?
NWCE guarantees a next day delivery service, Monday- Friday between 8:00am- 16:30pm. If we can deliver same day this can be usually discussed with our hire team before you commit to any hires.Â
Can I extend the hire period  and what are the additional costs?
Yes, all hires run for the original hire period as stated on your hire document. Please give us 24 hours notice where possible to extend the hire to allow our transport to be rescheduled. You can extend from the minimum hire term based on the type of machine hired. e.g Carpet cleaning machine can be extended by 1 day. Sweepers can be hired for a minimum of 3 days. If hires need extending for up to a week a weekly hire rate will be added to your total hire charge.
Are there any eco friendly options?
Our entire fleet of machines are sustainable cleaning solutions. Our vacuum cleaners and scrubber dryers all use recylced plastic, our scrubbers use up to 50% less water and chemical thanks to eco chemical dosing. Most of our machines use less energy to charge thanks to lithium powered fast charging batteries that use less electrical energy during charge times lowering energy bills in the process.
